Thank you for participating in the Days of Applied Psychology. Before you leave, we kindly ask you to share your impressions of the conference with us. In this questionnaire we listed all the conference sessions and we would like to ask you to indicate your level of satisfaction with each of the sessions you visited by selecting a number on 1-5 point scale that best represents your impression.

Number meanings are the following:

5 - Completely satisfied
4 - Moderately satisfied
3 - Neutral (neither satisfied nor dissatisfied)
2 - Moderately dissatisfied
1 - Completely dissatisfied
